I was amused this morning to see that the Westminster and Holyrood Labour groups have issued a statement saying; "Labour today at local government, Holyrood and Westminster has agreed that a joint campaigning platform is a significant way of exposing the broken promises, flawed policies and divisive agenda of Alex Salmond and the SNP".
What, all members of a political party agreeing to fight their opponents, rather than each other? And it's only taken them nine and a half months in opposition in Scotland to come up with that. It must be one of Wendy Alexander's newfangled ideas.
